If you are not completely satisfied with your item, please consider one of the following options:
Exchanges
We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your item! If your purchase was defective or did not fit correctly, you may exchange your item for the same item, for FREE!
To do so, please send us an email with your order number in the subject of the email at info@dementiaaide.com and send your item to:

It should be noted that we will provide a return label for you if you email us, and the item must be received at our facility before the new one will be sent out.
Returns
We recognize that finding clothes for our loved ones sometimes requires some trial and error! If you wish to return your item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in order to receive a full refund within the first 30 days after purchase.
There are two ways to request a return:
- For self serve returns through our system, please visit this link and submit a return request for the item. Once you submit the return request, our team will review and approve it in 1-2 days. We will then send you a return label from the system. Full refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected at our facility.
- For personal / human assistance to complete your return, we ask that you send us an email with your order number in the subject of the email at info@dementiaaide.com and send your item to:

We will provide a return label for you if you email us. Full refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected at our facility.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will begin processing your refund.
Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
